I am passionate about empathizing with users, understanding their needs and pain points, and creating solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction. I also enjoy collaborating and aligning the product management and engineering teams, and bringing awareness to the value of user-centric design. Additionally, I enjoy analyzing human behaviors and understanding the decision-making process.
